Shipping & Returns


We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $15 (48 Contiguous) and a $5.00 flat rate to other US territories and a $10.00 flat rate to Canada. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (M-F) of purchase. When your order ships, we will contact you by email with the shipping confirmation and tracking information.

When an order does not qualify for free shipping, the charges are based on your subtotal order amount, calculated after applicable discounts and before sales tax. These great rates are calculated as follows:

Expedited & International Shipping*

  • All orders that require expedited shipping are based on standard rates. Please see options at time of check out.
  • Expedited orders must be placed before 2pm EST Monday – Friday and will ship on the same day
  • Please note that on all International orders it is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping, import & customs fees and duties that are incurred as a result of the shipment. 

* All delivery times above are based on average in-transit time. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs do not qualify for Rush Shipping.

Please note shipments arriving to Alaska, Hawaii and APO locations may be subject to longer transit times (up to 30 days) due to the carrier or location. At this time, expedited shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii and APO locations.

As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email.


Easy Returns

Boho Betty strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and outstanding customer service. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns for US and Canada orders within 21 days from the date of shipment in new, unused condition with original packaging. We recommend Canadian shoppers purchase insurance for all shipments.

Any items acquired with a Boho Betty credit or items purchased using a discount code or at a sale/reduced price can only be exchanged or returned for a Boho Betty credit. Boho Betty credit will only be issued once the items for exchange or return have been received.  Contact our dedicated team by email or call 1 800 616 7647 for more information on returning sale or discounted items for exchange.

The returned item must be unworn, intact and accompanied by the attached UPC label in the original packaging with the packing slip that was included with your initial shipment. In the US, Boho Betty offers 3 easy return options:

  • Return for Boho Betty store credit for free; 
  • Exchange for another item for free; 
  • Return for a refund minus a $5.95 restocking fee. 

Return shipping and handling for non-contiguous US territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and APOs, is $10.

Please Allow 10 days for us to process your request upon receipt.

Please note that any membership or store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as store credit and will not be eligible for a refund to a credit card. 

E-Gift cards are non-refundable. If an item is returned that was purchased as an E-Gift Card or Gift, the funds will be returned as a store credit.

Note: Again, BohoBetty does not offer any tracking services on labels for exchanges or returns from Canada or international Orders, and is not responsible for lost packages. Customers are welcome to purchase alternative shipping methods that allow for tracking or insurance on the package.
