Delivery can be made to USA, Canada and other Worldwide addresses.

We aim to dispatch your order the same working day, providing your order is in stock. Your package should arrive within 5-7 days but please allow extra time for busy periods. If you would like to check on the progress of your order, please contact us at betty@boho-betty.com. 

Please note Boho Betty does not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. We retain proof of postage for each order, a copy of which is available on request.

Products from our website may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Standard postage and packaging charges are based on the value of your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

No quibble returns. We always want you to be happy with your purchase but should you change your mind, you can send it back to us within 30 days and receive a full refund (excluding original delivery costs). 

For sale items, you can return the item to us within 7 days and receive a credit note (excluding original delivery costs).  

We apologise but earrings are non refundable for hygiene reasons.

If your item is faulty or you wish to exchange your item then please notify us at betty@boho-betty.com before sending your item back.

Your purchase must be in its original packaging and unworn. 

Refunds will only be made via the original payment method and will be refunded as soon as we receive your purchase back.

You will have to pay for the return postage but if your item is faulty we will refund all postage and packing costs.

We cannot exchange or refund customer damaged goods (statutory rights not affected).Â
