Who does Boho Betty sell to?

We sell to select brick & mortar stores, boutiques and hand selected establishments. Unfortunately, we do not sell to home parties, eBay stores or discount retailers.

Do you have a catalog?

Our website is our catalog. We add new products frequently and can illustrate each and every piece more effectively for you. 

This is my first order, where do I start?

Firstly, complete a wholesale application form which will be processed within 2-3 days. Once your account is approved and set up, orders can be placed online at www.boho-betty.com with a valid credit card.

What are your minimums for orders and re-orders?

The minimum order/re-order for wholesale accounts is $100 for first orders and $200 for all subsequent orders. These minimum orders enable us to keep our wholesale prices as low as possible. 

What are your processing times?

Most wholesale orders ship within 2-3 Days and sometimes sooner! We will send you a tracking number as soon as it ships. 

What if something is out of stock?

We sometimes run out of items due to our growing brand demand. All backorders will be noted on your invoice and will be shipped out as soon as possible. Boho Betty will ensure free shipping on backordered items. We will not cancel backorders unless requested. 

Where can I see your collections in person? What trade shows are you attending this year?

We do not operate our own showroom - we use our website to showcase our products. A selection of our products can be viewed at any of our growing number of wholesalers' outlets. Please call or e-mail us for details of outlets in your area.

We offer a sample box on a sale or return basis. If the box and contents are returned to us in sellable condition, within a preset period, the cost of the sample box will be refunded. Full details are available in the 'Taster Box' product in the Wholesale Exclusive section of the store, which you will be able to access once your wholesale account has been opened. 

Our presence at tradeshows is very select, so if you would like to know which shows we will be attending please call or email us.

Can I get an exclusive in my area?

In order to obtain an exclusive we require minimum volumes which we would be delighted to discuss this with you. Please call our Customer Service Dept.
